MegaFab has four core business elements that direct our actions and daily decisions. They consist of Customer Loyalty, Demand Fulfillment, Value Stream Efficiency, and Stakeholder Fulfillment. In each and every case, we are committed to continually improve our processes using discipline in our daily actions:
Measure – We will trend process data wherever it is generated, set trigger levels to take action, and continually validate our systems of measurement.
Analyze – We will determine the root cause of data that is outside our trigger levels. We will use appropriate tools to meaningfully categorize and chart the causes. This will allow us to prioritize our efforts, and establish improvement goals.
Improve – We will plan countermeasures for the top root cause categories, and execute the plans relentlessly. We will check our trend data for improvements, and correct our improvement efforts as necessary, as the data directs us.
Sustain – We will close the loop using necessary controls so that our improvement efforts remain in force. We will share our best practices broadly within our organization, and we will celebrate each victory. Finally, we will continue to measure and re-start our improvement processes to address the next level of actionable items.
